Interior Design · BEML Layout 1st Stage, Bangalore
For homes and small offices in BEML Layout 1st Stage, we focus on practical layouts, efficient storage, good lighting and finishes that suit the space — whether that's a compact apartment or a larger independent house.
Interior Designers · BEML Layout 1st Stage
BEML Layout 1st Stage is one of the planned sub-divisions of BEML Layout, a planned layout of independent homes. Homes and spaces here are typically independent houses, family apartments and rental floors, and the people we work with are often settled families, often with parents living with them. Families in BEML Layout 1st Stage often live in independent homes or mid-sized apartments, so we plan for multiple generations — privacy, pooja spaces and storage that works for everyone.
A good interior designer listens before they suggest anything. We'd rather ask a few extra questions at the start than hand you a design that looks right but doesn't fit how you actually live.
BEML Layout 1st Stage sits in our West Bangalore (Vijayanagar, Nagarabhavi, Kengeri, RR Nagar) service area, along with RR Nagar 3rd Stage, BEML Layout 2nd Stage and RR Nagar 2nd Stage. Our site team covers these neighbourhoods together, which keeps visits and supervision regular.

Why choose us
We'd rather have an honest conversation about budget and scope early than surprise you with either later. Here's what that looks like in practice.
We start by understanding how you use your home rather than simply suggesting a predefined design style.
Storage is planned early, not added at the end as an afterthought once the "nice" parts of the design are finished.
We work around your preferred colours, materials, styles and functional requirements.
A fixed budget doesn't have to mean a compromised design — it means being deliberate about where that budget goes.
From initial planning through execution, we help coordinate the various stages involved in creating your interior.

Apartments often require a different design approach compared with independent houses. Limited floor space means every decision matters — from kitchen storage and wardrobes to furniture placement and lighting.
The details that make the biggest difference are often the ones you don't notice once they're done — where a wardrobe's hinges sit, how a false ceiling hides wiring, how a balcony gets used instead of becoming storage overflow.
A full apartment interior usually means kitchen, wardrobes, living room and bedroom lighting, and a false ceiling plan — but we're just as happy to take on a single room if that's the current priority.

A home that looks good in photos but is awkward to actually live in hasn't been designed well enough. We think about the small daily frictions — where keys and shoes land at the door, how the kitchen connects to the dining area, whether a study corner will still get used six months in — and design around them rather than around them.
Natural light through the day, which rooms get used in the evening, how many people are usually home at once — these details rarely show up in a brief unless we ask directly, so we make a point of asking.

More kitchen complaints come down to storage and workflow than to how the cabinets look. We start by fixing those, then work on finishes.
Possible design options include L-shaped kitchens, U-shaped kitchens, parallel kitchens, island kitchens, straight kitchens, tall storage, pantry units, overhead storage and built-in appliances.
We plan the workflow first — the distance between stove, sink and storage — then move to material and finish choices once the layout itself is settled.

Drag to walk around the room, then switch wall shades, flooring, sofa fabric and the time of day. It is a quick way to work out what you are drawn to before the first meeting — your actual design is planned around your own floor plan and light.

Drawers glide out on soft-close runners, overhead shutters lift, the tall larder slides forward and the crockery unit’s glass doors swing open to lit shelves of plates, cups and glasses. Try a shutter finish, a countertop and your wall colour.

Switch between an upholstered wingback, a low floating platform with LED underglow, a hydraulic storage bed that lifts to show the space underneath, and a slim four-poster. Then change the headboard fabric and the wood finish.

Materials & finishes
Material choices are where budgets are won or lost. We help you see where spending more actually changes the day-to-day experience of a space, and where it doesn't.
Humidity, sunlight and daily wear affect materials differently room to room — a finish that works in a living room may not hold up the same way in a kitchen or bathroom, and we plan accordingly.
